The XPerks Tiers:

The XPerks Club is now structured into three tiers, each with its own set of requirements and benefits. Let's take a closer look at each of them:

XPerks is mandatory for Private and Seed Round Contributors. Public Sale Contributors have the choice to Opt-in to the great XPerks perks.

XPerks Club is only available prior to TGE at this stage. XPerks Club may reopen again after TGE but this is yet to be decided or defined. Those who opt into Tiers in the MainNet Beta phase will be able to keep their Tier for the duration of their vesting. Once vesting is complete then the requirements for each Tier at that point in time will need to be met to maintain your Tier status.

1. Silver XPerks:

• Requirements during MainNet Beta: Cliff for 3 months and vest your tokens for 15 months.

• 12% Bonus: Receive a 12% bonus in L1X Coins that will have a 3-month cliff and vest for 4 months. Also receive future Silver XPerks Bonuses.

• Unlock Node NFT: Public Sale Unlock Node NFT (Minimum L1X Coin requirements apply).

2. Gold XPerks:

• Requirements during MainNet Beta: Cliff for 3 months and vest your tokens for 18 months.

• 15% Bonus: Receive a 15% bonus in L1X Coins that will have a 3-month cliff and vest for 4 months. Also receive future Gold XPerks Bonuses.

• Unlock Node NFT: Public Sale Unlock Node NFT and Private/Seed Sale Unlock Node NFT (Minimum L1X Coin requirements apply).

3. Platinum XPerks:

• Requirements during MainNet Beta: Cliff for 3 months and vest your tokens for 24 months.

• 20% Bonus: Receive a 20% bonus in L1X Coins that will have a 3-month cliff and vest for 4 months. Also receive future Platnum XPerks Bonuses.

• Unlock Node NFT: Public Sale Unlock Node NFT and Private/Seed Sale Unlock Node NFT (Minimum L1X Coin requirements apply).

Bonus L1X Coins

One of the primary benefits of opting into the XPerks Club prior to TGE, is the bonus L1X Coins that participants will receive. All bonus coins have a 3-month cliff and 4-month vesting.

Please Note: the 3 month cliff and 4 month vesting will start from the date you opt-in to Xperks. For those opting in from March 2024 to April 2024, you will start your cliff from the launch date of 2nd of April 2024. Please Note: The 3-month cliff and vesting period after the cliff will start from the date you opt-in to Xperks. For those opting in from March 2024 to April 2024, you will start your cliff from the launch date of 2nd of April 2024. Participants from each tier have the opportunity to receive free L1X merch, event giveaways, and airdrops.

Unlocking Node NFTs:

One of the most intriguing aspects of the XPerks Club is the opportunity to unlock Node NFTs. Depending on how you acquired your L1X Coins (public sale or private/seed round), you can access Event Listening Nodes (ELN) or Full Validator Nodes (FVN) NFTs. These NFTs grant you the right to host a node on Layer One X, and they come with specific hosting rewards.

Launchpad:

The XPerks Program provides an exclusive opportunity for those in Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers to participate in raising events on the Layer One X launchpad. A minimum of 1000 L1X Coins in the relevant Tier are required for this benefit.

Alpha Club Access:

Alpha Club allows you insights before anyone else. The Alpha room will provide Gold and Platinum XPerk Tiers specific benefits such as early access to new features and updates on the Layer One X platform, and private AMAs with projects. A minimum of 1000 L1X Coins in the relevant Tier are required for this benefit.

Q: Do I earn staking rewards over the vesting period?

A: No. Since your L1X Coins are being vested to you through the XPerks Program, these coins are not being staked. However, you have the option to stake your L1X Coins as they vest out to you to receive staking rewards from the protocol.

Q: Can I split my L1X Coins across several XPerks Programs?

A: Yes. You have the flexibility to distribute your L1X Coins across multiple XPerks programs, allowing you to tailor your participation to your preferences and objectives.

Q: What is the procedure if I already opted into the previous XPerks program?

A: Once you connect your wallet to the new XPerks panel in the L1XApp, the coins you placed in the previous XPerks Program will revert back to your wallet, so you can opt-in again to the new program.

Q: If I opted into the previous XPerks program, can I change my previously selected tier when I opt into the new XPerks program?

A: Yes. You have the choice of any of the available tiers in the new XPerks program.

Q: If I got a Node NFT from the previous XPerks program will I still have that in the new XPerks program?

A: Anyone who got a Node NFT in the previous XPerks program has been noted Your Node NFT has been reserved for you. Once you select either Gold or Platinum tier in the new XPerks program it will unlock for you.
