Data Sanitization

In this process of data sanitization, we will double-check the accurate allotment of L1X Coins (Private, Public, Term Sheet, and Seed Investor) to your XWallet.

Step 1. Change the toggle to 'Data Sanitization'

Step 2. Click on the 'Connect XWallet' Button.

Step 3. Click on the 'Sign' button to confirm

Step 4. Identify your Actual Balance and compare it to the total number of coins you have purchased, then click on the 'Complete Sanitization' button.

  • Please note that the amount shown is for those coins purchased and does not include referrals, rewards, competition wins, etc

  • If the amount is incorrect, you will be able to report this in the next step.

Step 5. Complete the sanitisation process

  • If you agree with the displayed balance's accuracy, tick the checkbox and then click on the 'Proceed' button. You will then be redirected to the XPerks tab where you can vest your L1X Coins and see your total balance (including bonus coins).

  • After completing the Sanitisation process user will be redirected to the XPerks tab to complete vesting and will be able to see their complete L1X balance.

Query Inaccuracies

  • If you believe the displayed balance is incorrect, do not click on the 'Proceed' button; utilize the Assist button located at the bottom right of the webpage instead. From there, select L1X Core, then Data Sanitisation, and then the type of problem you are having.

    • When reporting inaccuracies, provide as much evidence as possible for your query.

For example, if you performed a bank transfer, add the bank transfer details. If you did a token transfer, then add the explorer links.

Please note that the team will be prioritising the queries with more evidence provided since those will more likely be the quickest to resolve.
